The Bower Hotel is looking for reliable, energetic hospitality people to join our kitchen team.

We are seeking Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands who take pride in excellent food, clean workspaces and helping a busy kitchen run smoothly. With a range of shifts available, this is a great opportunity for people who enjoy a fast-paced hotel environment and working as part of a supportive team.

About the roles

- Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard

- Assisting chefs with food preparation, plating and service

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen

- Dishwashing, cleaning and general kitchen duties

- Following food safety and hygiene procedures

- Supporting the team during busy service periods

About you

- Previous kitchen, cooking or hospitality experience is preferred

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn





- Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment

- Reliable availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and presentation

- A current Food Safety Supervisor qualification is an advantage for chef and cook applicants
