An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team on a full time basis located in Warwick Farm. Joining an experienced team, you will work in a fast paced setting supporting both weekly and monthly pay runs nationally.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform end-to-end payroll processing, using an integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems (Mitrefinch, ConnX and MicrOpay)
- Posting weekly and monthly payroll General Ledgers
- Processing Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Commitment to confidentiality to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Experience with MicrOpay
- High level of attention to detail coupled with an efficient approach to achieving outcomes
- Experience in payroll processing and ability to learn to specific awards
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
