About the role

We are seeking a Senior SHES Specialist to join our Helidon Manufacturing Centre and help drive a strong culture of safety, health, environment and security excellence. Partnering with leaders across the site, you'll play a critical role in managing risk, improving performance, and supporting operational success through practical, people-focused SHES leadership.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our people, strengthening process safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What you will be doing

- Drive Process Safety and Major Hazard Risk Management Excellence
- Provide Technical SHES Leadership and Regulatory Expertise
- Lead Assurance, Audit, and Incident Investigation Programs
- Deliver Continuous Improvement and Risk Reduction Initiatives
- Build Organisational SHES Capability and Safety Culture
