Rabobank Australia & Current Zealand is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Risk Culture in Sydney to shape and govern the Bank's risk culture framework. You will lead methodologies, governance, and reporting standards for risk culture, partnering with the Board and Executive to drive outcomes.
In this role you will design surveys, analyse results, identify behavioural drivers behind incidents, and provide independent challenge to senior leaders across the organisation.
