Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a well-established private property group to recruit an experienced Senior Development Manager. You will lead end-to-end development across a diverse national portfolio, including residential, commercial, retail and hospitality assets.

You will oversee feasibility, planning, approvals, JV opportunities and stakeholder engagement while leading a small team of Assistant Development Managers and contributing to portfolio growth and transformation.
