The Opportunity

The firm is looking for an Associate to Senior Associate with experience across Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

The practice extends well beyond straightforward wills, with the team acting as trusted advisers to individuals and families, often across generations.

You’ll work across matters including:

- Simple through to complex wills and estate planning;
- Estate and succession planning;
- Estate administration, including complex, interstate and international estates;




- Testamentary trusts and superannuation proceeds trusts;
- Asset protection and structuring;
- Blended family and related succession considerations;
- Powers of attorney and advanced health directives; and
- Superannuation and broader succession planning matters.

The firm acts for a sophisticated client base including business owners and medical professionals, with matters often involving business interests, complex asset structures, SMSFs and broader succession and asset protection considerations.

Importantly, you’ll have direct client contact and the autonomy to manage your own matters, while still having the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The firm's broader commercial capability also allows the team to take a holistic approach to clients' business interests, structures, assets and succession objectives.

About You

We’re looking to speak with Wills & Estates lawyers at Associate to Senior Associate level with established experience across Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

You’ll be comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy and enjoy developing long-term client relationships. Strong interpersonal skills will also be important given the personal and often sensitive nature of the work.
