Job Description

In a Project Management role, you will have knowledge in:

- Managing larger multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex projects and programmes.
- Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
- Proactively managing the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations.
- Responsible for preparation of project management plans, programmes,



budgets and other key project deliverables.
- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
- Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.
- Managing internal project administration including invoicing, variations, sub‑consultant management and contract risk.

Qualifications

- Currently in Townsville or looking to relocate with full Australian Working Rights.
- A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.
- Experience in government, hospitals/health, commercial or education projects.
- Project management experience delivering highly complex and technical projects.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, rapid‑paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
