Sydney | High-growth infrastructure platform

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, investment-backed infrastructure business operating at the centre of the global digital economy.

This is a senior FP&A; role for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the numbers while also partnering with the business. You’ll help shape forecasting, modelling and insight as the platform continues to grow and mature.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll play a key role in delivering robust financial insight and forward-looking analysis.

- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic decision-making
- Leading annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts and long-range planning
- Developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting for senior stakeholders
- Delivering variance analysis and deep-dive commercial insights
- Partnering with operational leaders to challenge assumptions and improve outcomes
- Supporting investment cases, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Contributing to cash flow and liquidity forecasting
- Improving FP&A; tools, models and processes to ensure scalability and accuracy





This is a role for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves in Excel and translating complex analysis into clear commercial narratives.

About You

- Strong FP&A; or commercial finance background
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on financial modelling experience
- Experience with forecasting, scenario and sensitivity modelling
- Exposure to BI tools or planning systems (Power BI or similar preferred)
- Able to challenge inputs and assumptions with confidence
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder presence
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
