Senior Merchandise Planner

You will take full ownership of the planning function as the business enters an exciting phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly defined role where you'll shape the planning strategy from the ground up, partner closely with the leadership team, and have real influence over product, sales, and future direction.

Responsibilities

- Own the end‑to‑end merchandise planning function across all categories and channels.
- Lead seasonal planning, OTB management, forecasting and inventory strategy.




- Analyse sales performance weekly/monthly to identify risks, opportunities and actionable insights.
- Develop frameworks and processes to support a scaling product operation.
- Collaborate with Design, Production and Leadership to ensure commercial success of collections.
- Produce accurate demand plans and highlight category/channel growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning tools and ways of working.

Skillset

- 5+ years as a Senior planner within fashion, apparel or accessories.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to build or refine planning processes in a growing business.
- Hands‑on operator who enjoys both detail and big‑picture planning.
- Experience working with NetSuite is essential.
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial workplace where you are trusted to take ownership.
