ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, in this position you key responsibilities include:
- Act as a key liaison between Chisholm and the broader community and/or industry.
- Build and strengthen Chisholm's profile, partnerships and community presence across Melbourne's south east.
- Foster strong relationships with local government, industry peak bodies, employers and community leaders.
- Lead industry advisory groups to ensure training aligns with workforce needs.
- Manage and grow the Chisholm Skills and Job Centre, ensuring delivery of quality employment and training outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder events, partnerships and executive engagement opportunities.
- Deliver measurable outcomes through planning, reporting and budget management.
ABOUT YOU
- You are an experience stakeholder engagement professional working with industry, government and community.
- Be commercially astute, balancing community outcomes with business growth opportunities.
- Be a confident communicator who can represent Chisholm at various forums.
- Be passionate about education, workforce development and creating opportunities for student, employers and the wider community.
- Have strong project,
budget and performance management capabilities.
- Experience in the Government sector, VET/Higher Education experience is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the field.
