We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.The Inspirations Grafton store is looking for an enthusiastic full time Paint Sales Assistant, to work at either the Grafton or Yamba store.
The successful applicant would have a background in retail sales, paint knowledge or relevant personal experience in home improvement projects and be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.The position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training, Award wages and a uniform.
Business hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 noon Saturdays.
You will be required to work some weekends on rotation.Responsibilities include:Following our "Inspirations Way" proceduresProviding exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customersTinting and mixing paint,



colour advice and matchingPaint and accessory deliveries as requiredStore presentation, stock management and housekeepingAdhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirementsExperience / Attributes:A background in sales and/or customer service with a paint specialist or in a hardware workplace would be an advantagePractical experience in home improvement projects desirableProven customer service and sales experience with a solid knowledge of sales processesAble to problem solve using advanced communication skillsA willingness to learn and continually improveAble to contribute and work in a small team environmentHonest, reliable and punctualBasic computer skillsThis role involves heavy lifting up to 23kgsIf you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.
