They offer a supportive and collaborate setting, and reputation for being people-first and performance-focused.This Financial Controller contract will allow you to take ownership of financial control, oversee a small team, and ensure robust reporting.
It is a hands-on role, well-suited to someone with experience working in an SME workplace, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.The ChallengeKey responsibilities will include:Leading month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely reportingDelivering budgets and forecasts, providing commentary and decision support to the businessPreparing KPI reporting and providing commercial insightsOverseeing compliance including GST/BAS and statutory reportingManaging working capital, including AR/AP performance and cash-flow forecastingDriving enhancements to financial processes, controls,
