System & Network Administrator

Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot desktops, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365
- Configure switches, VLANs, WAP controllers; plan rollouts/upgrades
- Administer Hybrid Active Directory and Group Policies
- Manage incidents, tickets, and documentation to ITIL standards
- Provide escalation point for the Service Desk and helpdesk coverage
Must have
- Bring 4+ years as a System & Network Administrator
- Demonstrate network admin across VLANs, WAPs, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Support Windows, macOS, and iOS environments
- Manage Hybrid AD/Group Policies and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Nice to have
- Operate Hyper‑V, clustering,
and virtual machines
- Use MDM tools (Intune, JAMF, NinjaOne)
- Apply Veeam backups, ITIL practices, and produce clear technical writing
