MLC School Sydney invites an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role provides expert guidance across employee relations, industrial relations, investigations, policy development, WHS, workers compensation and compliance matters.
You will collaborate with school leaders to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Ideal candidates will have robust knowledge of Fair Work Act and enterprise agreements, plus experience in HR projects
