axr Recruitment & Search is seeking a rare Head of Finance for a private, long-established property group. You will own controllership and FP&A;, partnering with the CFO to deliver reporting, governance and commercial insight while driving process improvements.
You will lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasts and statutory reporting, manage treasury and investment activity, and develop a small finance team within a broad portfolio of property, trust and development assets.
