The Role We are keen to connect with Emergency Medicine Registrars interested in joining a regional referral hospital that offers outstanding training, a diverse case mix and significant procedural exposure.
As the major referral centre for Central Queensland, the department provides experience across adult and paediatric emergency medicine, trauma and high acuity presentations, supported by experienced FACEMs and a robust multidisciplinary team.
Registrars are actively involved in the assessment and management of a broad spectrum of emergency presentations while developing increasing clinical responsibility within a well supported consultant led setting.
The department's referral role ensures excellent exposure to complex multispecialty cases and emergency procedures.
