St John of God Health Care is seeking a senior Social Worker to provide evidence-based services, undertake advanced assessments, and support complex caseloads within a multidisciplinary team.
You will lead clinical practice, supervise junior staff, and contribute to quality improvement while maintaining qualified documentation and coordinating discharge planning.
A tertiary Social Work qualification and AAWS membership eligibility are required.
