Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor and manage the project(s) to meet key milestones within budget.
- Recommend appropriate methodologies for the management, procurement, design and delivery of the project(s), including assessment of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with the relevant consultant(s) to obtain authorities’ necessary approvals/consents/permits required for the project.
- Review and evaluate, the consultants/contractors’ proposals to meet the project brief and budget requirements.
- Assess alternative buildability solutions, construction methods, sequences and techniques to achieve optimum solutions in respect of risk, cost and time.
- Facilitate the finalisation of project brief and develop a master programme and cost plan by Quantity Surveyor.
- Review to ensure all documentation and information in RFPs/Tender Package are complete for issuance to consultants/contractors to obtain bona‑fide and conforming fee proposals/tender submissions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, convene and chair meetings with JVCo as required
