BGIS is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support a large government portfolio in Parramatta, NSW. The role is full time, permanent, with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and core business hours. You will manage service requests, coordinate maintenance, and provide client support.
You should have proven experience in a customer service centre, robust English (B2+), excellent communication, and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while logging data in CMMS and MS Office.
