Montessori East in Bondi, Australia, is seeking an experienced Preschool Coordinator/Educational Leader to drive the Cycle 1 program (ages 3–6) and support educators in delivering a developmentally appropriate Montessori curriculum.

The role blends three days of classroom teaching with two days of leadership, administration and educational coordination, collaborating closely with the Principal and Cycle 1 team.
