The authentics co. is seeking a senior People Partner in Sydney CBD to shape strategy, lead complex HR initiatives and work hands-on with the business.
You will partner with executive leaders on organisation design, ER, performance, remuneration and workforce planning, while guiding M&A; integration, talent acquisition alignment and risk-aware decision making across growth and change. This role is based in Sydney’s CBD with four days per week in the office and flexibility for one remote day.
