Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources, this hybrid role is located at International Towers Barangaroo, offering autonomy to deliver impactful people and culture outcomes across corporate C‑suite, senior leaders, and enterprise employees.

Responsibilities

- Drive a strategically aligned people plan to meet business objectives
- Coach leaders to build capability, enabling consistent team experiences
- Embed GrainCorp Values across all activity, reinforcing decision‑making
- Activate talent through development, learning initiatives, and planning
- Provide expert advice on ER and people matters, leading investigations as required
- Partner with leaders to deliver enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives
- Embed key people programs, activities, and benefits aligned to the people plan
- Leverage analytics to identify insights informing data‑driven people decisions and trends

Qualifications





- Proven Senior HR Business Partner experience in a commercial enterprise, partnering corporate functions
- Self‑starter who manages priorities, makes decisions independently, and drives business results
- Commercial understanding of business operations, with ability to contribute to success
- Strategic HR thinking and delivery, executing complex projects and initiatives aligned to long‑term goals
- Adaptable to change, navigating uncertainty and leading HR during transformation, maintaining engagement
- Strategic thinker, operating independently and working synchronously across all organization levels to drive people and business success
