Our client is a leading Australian business undergoing major digital uplift. Their platforms and products power dozens of reputable brands and millions of their customers. They’re looking for a polished, confident and easy-going Delivery Lead to bring clarity, structure and momentum across their key platforms — Salesforce, NetSuite, D365 and more.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on communication. You’ll be presenting to senior stakeholders, reporting on progress, shaping expectations and keeping everyone aligned. Strong delivery skills matter — but your ability to communicate clearly, calmly and professionally matters even more.

What you’ll be doing

- Establish straightforward, effective delivery frameworks and ways of working
- Run planning sessions, manage prioritisation and keep backlogs healthy
- Drive governance, reporting and transparency for senior leaders
- Work closely with customers, operations and tech teams to keep work moving
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies and keep delivery predictable




- Champion continuous improvement and support delivery teams

What you’ll bring

- Experience as a Delivery Lead / Program or Portfolio Manager
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — polished, transparent and confident
- Ability to translate delivery details into business-friendly updates
- Experience delivering across Salesforce, NetSuite, D365 or similar
- Comfortable managing multiple streams and competing priorities
- Experienced working with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Skilled with Jira, Confluence and delivery reporting tools
