Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead end-to-end program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country.

The Program Manager will be accountable for end-to-end delivery and lead a team of project professionals.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program delivery and manage a team of project professionals.
- Coordinate customer facing engagements and provide weekly progress reporting; address risk and prospect collaboratively internally and externally.
- Proactively drive required outcomes and manage the delivery schedule, including baseline, forecast, and actual dates.
- Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, relationships, and manage budget.
- Communicate progress and issues; maintain business partner relationships and foster a positive work environment.




- Manage project risk and opportunities across operational and commercial dimensions.
- Implement delivery targets with a quality and first-time-right approach; pursue continual improvement to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent program management competence and leadership; negotiate and influence outcomes; lead and align teams.

Qualifications

- Extensive (5 to 10 years) program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects.
- Customer facing engagements and reporting experience.
- Excellent competence in program management.
- Excellent leadership, communications, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience to lead and align teams.
