Centorrino Technologies in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Desktop Support Officer to deliver onsite technical support to customers. The role is part-time, 3 days a week, split between Melbourne CBD and Knox, offering a hands-on environment with exposure to macOS, Windows, servers, networks and voice platforms.

You'll provide patient, transparent guidance, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience, while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
