About the opportunity

The labourer is part of the Wilson Multi-Construction team and reports to the Construction Manager. The key focus of this role is to assist with the day-to-day operations of Multi residential building sites. More specifically, you will:

- Preparing and maintaining safe, clean, and organised work sites.
- Operating construction equipment and machinery to support site activities.
- Assisting tradespeople and site teams with general labouring duties.
- Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials safely.
- Supporting site set-up, trenching, backfilling, and other construction tasks.
- Conducting basic equipment checks and following all WHS and safety requirements.

About you

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

- Previous experience in a construction labouring role and capable of performing manual labour in a construction environment
- Valid driver's licence to travel across multiple sites in North and Northwest
- Strong work ethic are reliable, self-motivated and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Backgrounds in builder's labouring, landscaping, trade assistance or similar industries are highly regarded.
