Role Seniority - mid level

Role - Psychologist - Telehealth and Community

Salary - 120 - 150 per hour dependent on experience (advertised rate inclusive of GST)

We’re looking for experienced Psychologists who bring both clinical excellence and genuine heart. These are hybrid roles that combine telehealth from your home (or private professional space) with community-based, face-to-face support where needed.

You’ll Work With

You’ll work with a diverse and meaningful caseload, including:

- Ongoing therapeutic intervention
- Progressive neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson’s)
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Trauma, and other mental health conditions
- Paediatric and adult clients across different life stages
- Psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities

We receive referrals for assessments, reports, and ongoing intervention, and we take the time to match you with clients aligned to your experience, interests and preferred demographics. Previous experience has shown that participants who have one therapist for an assessment and another for ongoing therapy can experience a negative journey and lack of continuity of care; therefore we can only offer roles to those willing to provide assessments plus ongoing therapy.

About You

You’re confident, compassionate, and clinically sharp. You value autonomy but love being part of something bigger.

You’ll Bring

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ideally, at least 3 years of professional post-graduate experience
- Professional registration where applicable
- Experience working with NDIS participants / people with a disability
- Experience providing online therapy / telehealth

Independent Contractor Requirements

- Capacity to provide assessments & ongoing therapy. This is not an assessment-only role.
- A private, professional workspace with reliable internet, camera & mic
- Australian Business Number - ABN
- Appropriate business insurances (Professional Indemnity – PI, and Public liability - PL)
