We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant - SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise SAP solutions across complex global environments.

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP GTS solutions that support international trade compliance, customs management and global business operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists, you will help deliver compliant, scalable and efficient trade processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior SAP GTS Functional Consultant, you will:

- Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, enhancement and upgrade projects.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional SAP GTS solutions.
- Configure and support SAP GTS modules including:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Risk Management

- Design and support integrations between SAP GTS, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and external customs systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with international trade regulations, export controls and customs requirements.
- Provide expert advice on import/export processes, embargo screening, licence management and trade compliance.
- Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions and user acceptance testing.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Produce high-quality functional specifications, configuration documentation and user guides.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 4 years specialising in SAP GTS.
- Strong functional knowledge of international trade, customs and global compliance processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience across SAP GTS Compliance Management, Customs Management and Risk Management.
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- A cooperative approach and the ability to work effectively within global delivery teams.

- Experience integrating with customs authorities and trade automation platforms.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to multinational organisations and global supply chain operations.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and SAP modernisation initiatives.
