We are currently working alongside a well known and high-performing fire contractor who now have a pivotal opening available for a Key Account Manager to join their client relations team, focusing on managing numerous long-standing relationships.

Service Coordinators who are wanting to step up into account management are also encouraged to apply!

Day to day responsibilities & experienced required:

- Be the designated contact for various key accounts where you’ll manage,



maintain and enhance client relationships
- Manage contract KPI’s, attend weekly/monthly meetings and deal with any client queries/escalations
- Oversee all relevant work orders, ensuring work orders are being attended to and closed out in timely manners
- Provide reports, work with defect quoting teams, raise PO’s and attend toolbox talks
- Work in a cooperative team environment, reporting into an Operations Manager
- Must have previous experience as an Account Manager or Service Coordinator
- You must have strong computer, organisational and communication skills
