The Role
We are looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our dental team in Merrylands where you will provide exceptional customer service. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills by our supportive team.

The Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients in-person and over the phone.
Assist patients and third parties with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
Support HCPs with administrative tasks.
Promptly answer calls and complete assigned tasks daily.
Maintain accurate patient records and perform administrative tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.




Address patient and dentist concerns in the absence of the Dental Coordinator.
Open and close the center daily and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Possess excellent communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
