Curis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Renal Registered Nurse to join a highly regarded Aboriginal Medical Service in Western Australia, on a permanent full-time basis.

- 76 hours per fortnight
- Salary of $110,173.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a client caseload and deliver culturally safe nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and best-practice guidelines
- Provide holistic, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Complete clinical assessments and make appropriate referrals when required
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Renal Health Centre
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional nursing standards

You will join an established renal service providing essential haemodialysis and renal healthcare. This position offers the chance to work closely with an experienced clinical team while helping clients manage chronic and end-stage kidney disease.

Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to culturally safe and person-centred nursing care
- The ability to act as a positive clinical role model
A minimum of 18 months of recent haemodialysis nursing experience, or progress towards a Certificate in Nephrology, will be highly regarded.
