Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations across Plant Maintenance (PM) and related EAM processes.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Configure and maintain SAP EAM functionality to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.
- Support system enhancements, minor projects, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and best practice adoption.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP Consulting background with 5+ years’ experience with SAP EAM, including S/4HANA.




- Proven experience supporting day-to-day operations across PM and EAM processes.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Experience configuring and maintaining SAP EAM functionality.
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.
- Experience supporting system enhancements and minor projects, including testing and documentation.
