Your new role

As the Principal Service Delivery Officer – Projects, you will lead and deliver key business improvement initiatives focused on strengthening provider partnerships, service delivery frameworks, and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing, implementing and continuously improving provider partnership frameworks and related resources.
- Leading projects that enhance provider engagement, monitoring, and service delivery effectiveness.
- Creating practical procedures, templates, guidelines, and tools that support consistent business practices.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on service delivery frameworks and operational processes.




- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring all activities align with legislative, policy, governance, and organisational requirements.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive service and participant outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience delivering business improvement projects, frameworks, procedures, or operational initiatives.
- Robust project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience developing practical resources, processes, templates, and frameworks that support operational consistency.
- The capability to quickly understand legislative, policy, and governance requirements and apply them in practice.
- Experience within healthcare, disability, insurance, human services, or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
