This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by leading a dedicated administrative team, enhancing front of house experiences, and working alongside various stakeholders across medical imaging in a dynamic clinical setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations across multiple imaging locations
- Managing and mentoring a clerical team
- Rosters, scheduling, and front-of-house operations
- Monitoring patient flow to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Managing daily banking and other operational financials
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with medical stakeholders

We're looking for someone who is a confident leader, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
You'll bring:

- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using administrative systems and managing operational workflows
