- Produce regular reporting on capability, succession readiness, onboarding, cross-skilling and internal progression
- Analyse workforce data and turn insights into practical recommendations for workforce planning and operational decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance through better capability, training and development
- Coordinate external training providers and accredited learning where required
- Work closely with People Experience, Talent Acquisition and Operational Leadership to build a strong internal talent pipeline
- Ensure all capability programs and assessments align with Carma's policies, operational standards and compliance requirements

About you:

- Experience developing frontline teams within manufacturing, logistics, automotive, warehousing or similar operational environments
- Solid understanding of workforce capability, succession planning and internal talent development
- Experience coaching leaders and influencing stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
- A genuine interest in helping people develop and creating meaningful career pathways

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities at once
- Comfortable using data to identify capability gaps, measure outcomes and influence decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with both operational and corporate teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- A continuous improvement mindset—you naturally look for ways to make things simpler, better and more scalable
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning, workforce management or HR systems
- Experience working in a high-growth or operationally complex environment will be highly regarded
- Qualifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline are highly regarded

What's in it for you?

- Join one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive businesses and help shape how our operational teams learn, develop and grow
- Build programs that create real career pathways and future leaders across the business
- Work alongside passionate operational and People teams in a cooperative, high-growth setting where your ideas genuinely make an impact
