Nestled in 200 acres of bushland, The Tops Conference Centre offers a unique opportunity to cook fresh, nutritious meals for school groups and community organisations. At The Tops mealtimes are an opportunity for connection where food is a shared experience despite someone’s dietary restrictions.

Your Contribution As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses on quality and safety. You will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety Program
- Manage stock rotation and food storage
- Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive guest experience
- Proactively model the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders, and external parties





The Essentials As an experienced Chef you will have:
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Enjoy working in a high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run smoothly
- Experience with dietary requirements and food safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly, reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for service
