Operations Manager - Home Care

Sirv has developed an entirely new service delivery model, partnering with highly skilled managers who want to build and run their own operations from the ground up and be directly rewarded for their efforts. This opportunity is available across all locations in Australia - regional or city - so you can leverage the networks you've spent years building.

Important note on the role: This is a hands-on, operational role from day one. You'll be actively building your client base and delivering care - not stepping into a purely strategic or oversight position. As your client base and business unit grow, you'll have the option to bring on operational support and shift more of your time to a strategic level. That's a milestone tied to the size and profitability of your business unit, not a fixed timeframe.

The Model
Our model allows suitably qualified managers to join as Operations Managers and earn 30% of their business unit's bottom line. The Sirv Corporate Team handles all back office, compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing - so you can focus entirely on growing your client base and delivering outstanding care.

Your Role
Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing home care business. This means you'll be actively working in the business — delivering care, managing your team day-to-day, and driving growth — while having full autonomy over how you do it. To be successful you'll need experience across:

- Business Development - building referral relationships with GPs, hospital discharge teams, Care Finders, aged care assessment services, and community health providers
- Recruitment - building a support team that meets your clients' needs
- Rostering - managing scheduling to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Growth - scaling your branch and building an internal team as your business expands
- Serve - Sirv your clients and care workers with empathy and passion
- Culture - bring genuine care and a collaborative spirit to the Sirv team and help everyone be their very best

Rewards & Remuneration

- $90,000 base + super + $8,000 car allowance
- 30% profit share on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually
- Year 1 OTE:



$120,000-$200,000. Year 2+: $200,000-$300,000+

- Full back office, corporate service, quality and compliance team
- Full work from home

Prerequisite
We want to be the best, not the biggest - which means we need the best operators. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on and in the business, not just directing from a distance.
To be considered you must have:

- Proven experience in operations, area, or regional management within home care, Support at Home, or aged care — including direct, hands-on delivery, not purely oversight
- Experience building and leading large care teams with strong leadership qualities
- Financial acumen and the drive to grow a profitable business
- A genuine commitment to positive client outcomes and quality care
- Formal recognition as a Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act
- A team-oriented approach and the desire to help colleagues succeed

Business Manager Level
