Ballina District Hospital is seeking Emergency Department locums for a variety of day, evening and overnight shifts. Opportunities are available for PGY3+ RMOs working alongside FACEM support, as well as experienced PGY5+ CMOs capable of leading resuscitations and managing the department overnight as the sole practitioner, with FACEM support available on call from Lismore.

Ballina District Hospital is a busy regional emergency department on the NSW North Coast, providing a broad mix of emergency presentations in a well-supported clinical environment. Junior doctors work alongside FACEMs during the day, while senior CMOs are backed by an on-call FACEM from nearby Lismore, making it an excellent opportunity to gain regional emergency experience in a popular coastal location.
