A highly regarded national law firm and one of Brisbane’s largest legal practices is seeking a Litigation Lawyer or Associate to join its dynamic Disputes team.
You’ll work alongside industry-recognised Partners and gain exposure to complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of areas, including:

- Matters arising under the Corporations Act
- Commercial and corporate contract litigation
- Joint venture disputes
- Intellectual property litigation
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Defamation proceedings
- Consumer law claims
- Regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters
- Trust and fiduciary disputes

About You
We are interested in hearing from lawyers who have:

- 2 - 4 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- Experience gained within a specialist, top-tier or mid-tier firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial disputes
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced practitioners

Strong academic results will be viewed favourably, however, practical experience and the quality of your legal training will be equally important.
