About the Role

As an educator at CMCC, you’ll help create engaging,



inclusive and inspiring learning environments where children feel secure, valued and capable.

You will

? Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

? Deliver educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

? Support learning through intentional teaching and play-based experiences

? Observe, document and celebrate children’s learning and development

? Contribute to a positive team culture

✅ Maintain a safe environment in line with the National Quality Standard and regulatory requirements

About You

You’ll have

? Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

✅ Current Working with Children Check

? Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (HLTAID012), or willingness to obtain

? A genuine passion for early childhood education

? Strong communication and teamwork skills

? Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
