McNaughts Transport is on the lookout for an experienced HR or HC Driver. (HR drivers willing to upgrade to HC are encouraged to apply) who is dedicated and determined with outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious HR Driver to perform a variety of local pickups and deliveries across Dubbo and its surrounds. This is a Full time position, ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and possesses an outstanding customer service ethic. Experience & Qualifications Have demonstrated experience in operating an HR vehicle to transport general freight, pickups and deliveries

Experience & Qualifications

- Have demonstrated experience in operating an HR vehicle to transport general freight, pickups and deliveries

- Executing safe and efficient loading and unloading procedures, ensuring correct load restraint

- Adhering to all company policies, WHS procedures, and road transport legislation





- Have previous experience completing daily vehicle pre-start checks and driver fitness

- Hold a current HR license with proven experience

- Manual license and experience preferred but not essential

- Be well presented, punctual and flexible to changing work requirements

- Be efficient in completing the necessary delivery paperwork including run sheets and work diaries

- Demonstrated experience in the carrying of dangerous goods is preferred

- The ability to work as part of a team

- Holding a forklift license would be desirable

You will be required to provide a copy of your current license and meet McNaughts Transport employment criteria which will include a medical and drug and alcohol test.
