Tractor Operators
Roster: Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm
Employment Type: Casual

About the role:
We are currently seeking experienced Tractor Operators in the Southwest, for work in the Collie region. This Project will be from September 2026 through to May 2027. You will be working on constructing tailings dams as part of a large team on site.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience operating Tractors, pulling various attachments and will be willing to adapt to a new method with a scraper attachment.

To be considered, applicants MUST meet the following criteria:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Valid White Card
- Proven experience operating a Tractor 300HP or above (6 months to a year minimum) - experience MUST be visible on resume
- Any experience operating a Tractor using attachments that are towed are highly desirable
- Scraper bowl and hydraulic attachments are highly desirable
- Ability to pass a VOC
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Robust work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and safe manner




- Must be willing to commit for the duration of the season (September 2026 to May 2027)
- Available for interview
- Live local to the area
