At Crystel Care, we're a mobile, multidisciplinary allied health team delivering person-centred, ethical, and evidence-based support to children, adults, and families across metropolitan, regional, and remote South Australia. Our clinicians work across home, school, workplace, and community settings, partnering with participants and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes regardless of where they live.
As our regional services continue to grow, we're seeking Speech Pathologists to join our FIFO team, supporting regional communities where your work can make a genuine and lasting impact.

FIFO Lifestyle & Roster
- Fortnightly FIFO roster operating Sunday to Sunday, designed to support meaningful clinical work and genuine work-life balance
- Flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your fortnight, with strong leadership support to help you thrive in a FIFO environment
- Flights from your home state, accommodation, and a company vehicle provided during your rotation
Your Role
- Conduct assessments across communication, social communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with participant goals
- Support participants to build communication skills, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life
- Deliver therapy across home, school, workplace, and community settings
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve participant goals
- Liaise with participants, families, carers, schools, support coordinators, and external providers
- Manage your own schedule and caseload with confidence and autonomy
- Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS Practice Standards
About You
- Early-career or experienced Speech Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact
- Recognised Speech Pathology qualification
- Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain
- Current driver's licence
- Confident communication, organisation, and adaptability skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to a supportive team
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a FIFO environment and regional communities
- Experience in NDIS, paediatrics, community, disability, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded
- Experience supporting participants with communication and/or swallowing needs in community settings highly regarded
