We are seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to join our team at The Gully Public House & Garden.

In this role you will contribute to the overall success of the hotel through supporting the Head Chef and team to create an unforgettable experience.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in a similar role.

- Experience with both a la carte and function service, particularly grills and mains.

- Ability to work well with a team and show potential leadership.

- Excellent communication with front and back of house teams.

- Understanding of different equipment and chemicals, including for cleaning.

- Commitment to food safety and work health & safety.

- Availability to work across a 7-day roster.
