About the Role

As one of our Medical Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of the practice, ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they make contact.

Your day will include:

- Greeting patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care

- Managing appointments and supporting our GPs and Specialists

- Handling enquiries and triaging calls with empathy and efficiency

- Coordinating bookings and liaising with hospitals and Allied Health providers

- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administration





- Undertaking debt recovery actions and account reconciliation as required

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

- Experienced in Medical reception/Specialist reception and/or WC insurance administration

- A confident communicator with strong multitasking skills

- Calm, friendly, and highly detail‑oriented

- A reliable team player who brings a positive attitude to work

- Available for an immediate start
