We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our People, Capability and Safety team. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact by providing strategic and operational HR support across a diverse workforce.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
A commencing annual salary between $102,726 - $115,612 dependent upon skills and experience (inclusive of 12% superannuation)Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working weekFlexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hours agreementAccess to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unusedAccess to 1 week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purposeAccess to long service leave after 5 years of employmentSalary packaging options available including novated leasingGenerous paid parental leave arrangements for both parentsGenerous reward and recognition programs and initiatives
