About the role

Element Shopfitting & Construction is looking for experienced Shopfitters and Site Managers to join our team, either as full-time staff or on a subcontract basis, working across high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects. Multiple positions available.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out or oversee shopfitting works to a high standard of finish

- Manage on-site trades and subcontractors (Site Manager role)

- Read and work from architectural/construction drawings

- Ensure work meets program, budget, and compliance requirements

- Maintain a protected worksite and enforce OH&S; standards

- Liaise with project managers and clients on progress

About you

- Trade qualification in carpentry/cabinet making/shopfitting (or equivalent experience)

- Previous experience in commercial fit-outs, retail, or hospitality projects

- Current White Card

- Site Managers:



proven experience supervising trades and subcontractors

- Subcontractors: current ABN, insurances, and licensing as required

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of finish

- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
