About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to join a professional corporate office within the travel industry, based in East Perth.
This is a diverse and hands-on position, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative support across senior management, HR, IT, member services, finance and company events.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, you will take ownership of the administration function and play an important role in maintaining an organised, efficient and positive office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing general office administration, incoming calls and the administration inbox
- Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, safety and suppliers
- Managing stationery, merchandise and office requirements
- Coordinating travel bookings and company events
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
- Assisting with internal communications, meetings and presentations
- Providing first-level IT and systems support to staff
- Maintaining databases, websites and internal systems
- Supporting member enquiries and onboarding
- Assisting with finance administration, including debtor follow-up
- Coordinating company training and providing support with business systems
- Assisting with conferences, meetings and other corporate events
- Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
About You
You will be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in a senior administration, office management or supervisory role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High-level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a small team
- A proactive approach and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
