The Opportunity

As a Management Consultant, you will lead consulting engagements that help organisations transform, deliver critical initiatives and shape their future direction.

You will work directly with senior executives, boards and government leaders on some of Western Australia's most key organisational challenges. You'll lead teams, structure complex problems, develop practical solutions and help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

This role is ideal for an ambitious consultant looking for greater ownership, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work with a high-performing advisory firm.

What You'll Do

Transform Organisations





- Work on operating model, organisation design and business transformation engagements.

- Diagnose organisational challenges and identify opportunities to improve performance, capability and effectiveness.

- Support leaders to design and implement sustainable change.

Deliver Critical Initiatives

- Mobilise and lead strategic programs and transformation initiatives.

- Provide executive advisory support and independent assurance.

- Manage complex stakeholder environments and drive delivery outcomes.

Shape Future Direction

- Develop corporate strategies, strategic plans and business cases.

- Support investment decisions through rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving.

- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic decision-making processes.

What We're Looking For

- Previous proven experience in management consulting, strategy consulting or advisory services.

- Experience in Big4, other boutique consulting, or the utilities sector is highly valued.

- Demonstrated experience leading consulting workstreams or managing engagements.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate complex discussions.

- Experience delivering organisational transformation,



strategy or performance improvement initiatives.

- Commercially minded, outcome-focused and comfortable working in ambiguity.

- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
