About the role

Green Genie Earthworks are looking for experienced and reliable operators to join our team, working across a range of earthworks, civil, and contracting projects throughout Perth. This hands-on role involves operating machinery safely and efficiently, supporting site operations, and contributing to high-quality project outcomes. There is opportunity for the successful applicant to grow within the company and take on increased responsibility across projects.

Key responsibilities

- Operate skid steer, posi track, and/or excavator machinery

- Carry out bulk earthworks, site prep, and material movement

- Maintain machinery and ensure protected operation at all times

- Follow instructions from Supervisors





- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines

- Perform general site duties and clean-up as required

About you

- Current white card

- Proven experience operating relevant machinery

- Valid tickets and licences for machinery operated

- Strong understanding of site safety and protocols

- Able to perform physical tasks when required

- Work through all weather conditions

- Be punctual, reliable and respectful

- Pass a Drug/Alcohol test and Pre-Employment Medical

- Have full working rights in Australia

- Police clearance
